Day 1- Male(D) 

Arrive in Male- the capital of Maldives. On arrival, you will transferred to your resort by Speedboat. Complete you Check-In formalities & relax. Rest of the day is at leisure for you to relax in the serene atmosphere of Maldives.  Enjoy Dinner at your Hotel in the evening 

DAY 2- FULL DAY LEISURE(B,L,D)

Day Free at Leisure or you can opt for Local Excursions or Scuba Diving Session (at additional Cost). Dinner at your Hote

DAY 3- FULL DAY  (B,L,D)

Day Free at Leisure or Enjoy Optional Activities in your Resort.

DAY 4 -DEPARTURE 

Transfer by Speedboat to Male Airport for your flight to Onward Destination

Arenaa Beach hotel Maldives (Maafushi island Resort)

  • Maldivian visa is done on arrival & gratis.
  • Visa is free for the travel ending within 30 days of arrival.
  • The validity of the passport should be minimum 6 months from the intended date of return.

Entry: No prior visa arrangements are required. A tourist visa of 30 days will be given to visitors with valid travel documents, on arrival. Visitors should be in possession of atleast US$25 per day of stay in the Maldives. For those coming from yellow fever infected regions, an international certificate of inoculation is required. A passenger service fee of US$10 is levied per person, on departure.

Documents Required for Package

  • Scanned copy of Passport (should be valid for minimum 6 months from date of return).
  • Scanned copy of PAN Card for billing purpose. The cost of outbound tour package is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to RBI / GOI regulation) except the cost of the Air ticket.
  • Signed Booking / Remittance form.

Policy & Important Terms:  

To ensure complete transparency, we've laid down a standard universal cancellation policy and terms applicable for all bookings made with us. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. While we would want to extend all due consideration to your circumstances, but given airline, hotel and other supplier constraints and the nature of the industry we work in we are forced to collect the below cancellation fees as per the below policy. 

  

Cancellation Policy:   

30 days or before prior to the starting of the tour 

15% of Package Cost 

30 – 15 days prior to the starting of the tour 

25% of Package Cost 

15 – 07 days prior to the starting of the tour 

50% of Package Cost 

In Case of No Show 

100% of Package Cost 

  

Some Cancellation And Refund Policies Are Out Of Our Tender: 

  • Online Transaction Charges (2.5%) will not be refunded. 
  • Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy 
  • Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy 
  • Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy 

 In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers / contractors we, patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

 

Our Liabilities & Limitations:  

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Government of India, the same would be charged as extra. 

  

Important Terms  

  • Liability of Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd is limited to the extent of the booking amount received from the customer. 
  • In the unlikely case of delay/cancellation of flights due to unforeseen circumstances, Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd. will offer the best alternate arrangements. No refunds or compensation would be made. 
  • Full payment does not automatically assure package booking and acceptance by Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd. Booking is confirmed and accepted only when booking vouchers are issued for a particular booking. In case booking is not accepted, full refund would be made to the customer or adjusted against an alternate booking as desired by the customer. 
  • In the case of unavailability of the hotel, specified, alternate accommodation will be available in similar category hotel(s). 
  • Availability and prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received for a package. 
  • GST is payable at the rate of 5% of the total package price. 

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our office/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;
Bank transfer. EMI payment option also available online presently. For any other payment mode, the same could be subject to transaction charges. For specific guidance/clarification you may contact our executive dealing with you, beforehand.
Cash deposit in our office, our staff & direct cash deposit in any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarification, you must call the undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.
Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
You can make NEFT, RTGS, IMPS to our bank account mentioned below.

If payment is by cheque, payment should be made at least 01 week before the delivery of documents.
Payment can be done by DD in favoring . Extra 01% charge on cash deposit in our account.

No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.
