Day 1: Airport – Sydney
Arrive Sydney and transfer to the airport. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Half Day Sydney City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning city sights tour includes Opera House, Parliament House, Hyde Park, Sydney Tower and Darling Harbour. After crossing Sydney Harbour Bridge heading for northern surf beaches, photo stops are made that provide excellent views of the city skyline and the harbour. Final stop is at the seaside resort of Manly with time to relax and browse through the shops. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: ShowBoat Dinner Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel.Day at leisure. Visit Darling Harbour and have a sumptuous lunch with a beautiful harbour view at any of the restaurants by the bay. Visit Wildlife world or Sydney Aquarium and experience the entertaining sight of the Wildlife in the city. Alternatively board a cruise from Circular Quay and head to one of the Sydney Islands. Visit Taronga Zoo, a zoo with its own cable car. In evening make your own way to the King Street Wharf to board the Show Boat Dinner Cruise- Includes a 3 Course A La Carte Menu with a 1 Hour Cabaret Show. Guest can begin boarding from 7:00 pm, with the cruise returning at 10:00 pm. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Sydney – Ayers Rock
After breakfast check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Ayers Rock. Arrive Alice Springs and transfer to the hotel in Ayers Rock. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Kata Tjuta Gorge and Uluru Sunset
Travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. On the way, stop at a lookout for panoramic views the southern side of Kata Tjuta. Continue on before arriving at the base of Walpa Gorge. Spend some time exploring the gorge and the unusual conglomerate rock formations. The walking trail through Walpa
Gorge follows the natural creek between two of the tallest domes of Kata Tjuta. In the late afternoon we travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Witness and photograph the striking colour changes of Uluru at sunset. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Day at Leisure
Breakfast the hotel. Today day is at leisure to explore other attractions in Ayers Rock. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Ayers Rock – Alice Springs – Gold Coast
After breakfast check out of the hotel to catch your onward flight to Brisbane from Alice Springs. Arrive Brisbane and transfer to your hotel at Gold Coast. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8: Movie World
Breakfast at the hotel. Experience the exhilaration of world class adventure rides, movie attractions and the action packed “Hollywood Stunt Drivers” Show. Experience the new Superman Escape rollercoaster, Batwing Spaceshot ride and Lethal Weapon; rush down Wild West Falls Adventure Ride and the spine-tingling Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster. Don’t miss the Main Street Star Parade and meet your favourite Looney Tunes characters and DC Comics Super Heroes. Overnight at hotel.
Day 9: Sea World
Breakfast at the hotel. See beautiful polar bears at Polar Bear Shores, come face to face with the ocean’s most feared predators at the spectacular Shark Bay or hand feed rays at our new “Ray Reef”, or take an educational journey into the world of the endangered dugong at Dugong Discovery. Step back in time with the new Waterski Wipe Out. There’s the spectacular 4-D environmental presentation, Planet SOS, and the kid’s interactive adventure playground. No visit would be complete without the Dolphin Cove Show “Imagine” and “Fish Detectives” Sea Lion Show. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Depart Australia
Breakfast at the hotel and check out of the hotel to catch your departure flight back home.

Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC i.e. Seat in coach / shared basis.
If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.
The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check in at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory.
Cancellation Policy:
Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
Online Booking Procedure
To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.

Cash deposit in our office, our staff & direct cash deposit in any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarification, you must call the undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.
Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
