Day 01: ARRIVE SYDNEY – Show Boat Dinner Cruise
Arrive Sydney Airport; transfer to the hotel. Check in to the hotel.
Show Boat India Dinner Cruise: In the evening take the Show Boat Dinner Cruise. (No Transfers). Guest makes their own way to Kings Street Wharf 5 . Experience a spectacular 3_ course dinner cabaret show aboard the unique paddle wheeler showcasing amazing talented show girls, cabaret songstress and magician. A truly world class night out.Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 02: SYDNEY – Port Stephens, Nelson Bay Dunes & Dolphins
Breakfast at the hotel. Coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to the Coach Interchange at Pirrama Road, The Star, the departure point of your tour. At 8.00am join your coach to commence a full day tour to Port Stephens. Travel across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and over the Hawkesbury River to arrive at the Australian Reptile Park, with its unique exhibits and animals. Enter ‘Lost World of Reptiles’ and journey into ancient pasts. See platypus, Tasmanian Devils, wombats, friendly kangaroos, cuddly koalas and giant crocodiles. Continue the journey to Port Stephens where time is allowed to purchase lunch (own expense) before boarding a dolphin watch cruise from Nelson Bay Marina. Search for the pods of bottlenose dolphins and watch as they play on the bow waves or why not ride the boom net and get close to these friendly visitors. Upon docking at the Marina join a 4WD tour on the sand dunes. Experience the grandeur and tranquility of the local desert wilderness, environmental and historical sights, or maybe try sand-boarding, a thrill that will not be forgotten. Upon disembarking the 4WD tour, rejoin the coach for the return trip to Sydney. Tour concludes at approximately 7.30pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.

Day 03: SYDNEY – Morning Half Day Tour & Show Boat Indian Dinner Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel. Discover the tempo of the city as you explore Sydney, Manly and northern beaches, also see Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay and cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge. See Hyde Park and the Sydney monorail. Stop at Milsons Point for spectacular views of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the famous city skyline. Enjoy magnificent views from Seaforth Lookout over Middle Head and Pearl Bay Marinas. Stop at Arabanoo Lookout for a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and rugged headland. Enjoy morning tea (own expense) at the seaside town of Manly and take a walk along The Corso, which separates harbour from ocean. See the beach that has contributed to Manly’s reputation as a popular waterfront suburb and relaxed weekend haunt. Return to Sydney via the exclusive and trendy suburbs of Neutral Bay and Mosman. Rest of the afternoon is at leisure to enjoy activities such as Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife, Sydney Tower & Oz trek with Monorail Ride.
Day 04: SYDNEY/ HAMILTON ISLAND (By Air)
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer to Sydney Airport for your flight to Hamilton. Complementary transfer to the hotel.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: HAMILTON ISLAND – Great Barrier Reef Day Cruise to Reefworld with Lunch
Breakfast at the hotel.Fantasea Cruises provides the ultimate close encounter with one of nature’s masterpieces daily, the Great Barrier Reef. Travel aboard a large, high-speed, air-conditioned catamaran to this idyllic icon for a day of unsurpassed adventure. Reefworld, is located at Hardy Reef which is one of the most beautiful, prolific and vibrant coral gardens, with an abundance of marine life experienced whilst snorkelling or diving. You can even tour the reef without getting wet aboard the large spacious semi-submersibles. Day 10: DEPART GOLD COAST-BRISBANE

Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC i.e. Seat in coach / shared basis.
If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.
The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.

Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check in at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory.
Cancellation Policy:
Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
Online Booking Procedure
To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

Cash deposit in our office, our staff & direct cash deposit in any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarification, you must call the undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.
Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
